OPINION

GEMMILL, Judge.

¶ 1 Plaintiff/appellant Anant Kumar Tripati appeals the trial court's denial of his motion to set aside the judgment and his subsequent motion for a new trial. For the following reasons, we affirm.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
