Plaintiff, Association of Unit Owners of Nestani, brings this action to recover under a Condominium/Association Policy ("Policy") issued by defendant for loss sustained at its condominiums ("Nestani"). Plaintiff alleges that this loss is covered under the Policy as a collapse caused by hidden decay of weight-bearing structural members and seeks benefits of $5,078,320.25, costs and disbursements, and attorneys' fees....
