Hollie Wolfe brings this action against Clear Title, LLC, pursuant to the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA"), 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq. Wolfe alleges that she worked many overtime hours as a nonexempt employee under the FLSA but was not paid for those hours.
