STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Appellant-Respondent, A.C. (Mother), appeals the trial court's Disposition Order determining that her minor daughter, J.L., was a Child In Need of Services (CHINS) pursuant to Indiana Code section 31-34-1-1.

We affirm.
