Richard Genin has been indicted with one count of possession of child pornography, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(5)(B). Prior to the issuance of an indictment, agents with the Federal Bureau of Investigation ("FBI") executed a search warrant at Mr. Genin's apartment in New Rochelle, New York.
