¶ 1 Dan Jr. and Carrie Barrett filed a petition for nonparental custody of BJB and BNB, Dan Jr.'s siblings. Dan Barrett Sr. opposed the petition. The court entered a finding of adequate cause and set the matter for hearing. After a hearing, the court granted the petition and limited Dan. Sr.'s visitation until specified conditions were met.
