Following his trial before a Hall County jury, Manuel Javier Hernandez was convicted of trafficking methamphetamine, misdemeanor obstruction of an officer, and reckless driving. Hernandez claims on appeal that the trial court erred in admitting translations of his in-custody Spanish-language statements in violation of the rule against hearsay and his right to confront the witnesses against him.
