This is a fee dispute between Jack E. Dodd, a previous administrator of the estate of Charles E. Moore II, and the immediately succeeding administrator, Richard C. Bellows. Dodd filed a motion in the Probate Court of Hall County to compel Bellows to pay, on behalf of the estate, Dodd's bill for services as "administrator/trustee" in the amount of one half of one percent of the estate's value.
