This is the second appearance of this case before this Court. Michael Henry was indicted on one count of vehicular homicide in the first degree, OCGA § 40-6-393(a) (Count 1), and two counts of felony hit-and-run, OCGA § 40-6-270(b) (Counts 2 and 3), arising from an accident that resulted in the death of J.B. and serious injuries to C.S., respectively.
