KANE, Chief Judge.

Before the Court is a motion to dismiss Plaintiffs complaint pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) filed by Plaintiffs employer, Defendant Volvo Trucks North America ("VTNA"), and two VTNA employees, Defendants Charles De-Bellis and Terry Chrisman. (Doc. No. 19.) For the reasons set forth below, the motion will be granted.
