The plaintiff commenced this action on or about July 15, 2002 seeking to recover $1,791.16, plus interest and counsel fees, in no-fault first-party benefits for services allegedly provided to its assignor, which remained unpaid by the defendant. Issue was joined on or about August 2, 2002. The defendant now moves for summary judgment against the plaintiff, dismissing the complaint. The plaintiff opposes this motion...
