Mr. Augusto Piñeiro-Ruiz began to work for the Puerto Rico Ports Authority ("PRPA") in August, 1982. During his tenure at the PRPA he worked as a "Maintenance Supervisor for the Electrical System" at the Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport.
