GORTON, District Judge.

In this disability discrimination suit brought under the Americans with Disabilities Act ("the ADA"), 42 U.S.C. § 12112(a), et seq., and the Massachusetts anti-discrimination statute, M.G.L. c. 151B, plaintiff alleges he was unlawfully terminated from his employment as a mall security guard. The defendant has moved for summary judgment.
