On March 28, 2007, following a nine-day trial, a jury returned a verdict in favor of plaintiff Diomed, Inc. ("Diomed") against defendants AngioDynamics, Inc. ("AngioDynamics") and Vascular Solutions, Inc. ("VSI") for infringement of plaintiffs United States Patent No. 6,398,777 ("the '777 patent").
