In light of the amendment to the Sentencing Guidelines with regard to crack cocaine offenses, William Tejeda ("Tejeda") petitions this Court for a modification of the sentence he is serving for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine base in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. The United States opposes Tejeda's motion, asserting that this Court is without jurisdiction...
