This matter is before the Court on Defendant Kesetbrhan Keleta's [62] Motion for Release Pending Appeal pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3143(b)(3). On June 29, 2006, a jury convicted Defendant on two counts of unlawfully operating an unlicensed money transmitting business in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1960.
