MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter comes before the Court on the defendant's Motion [5] to Dismiss and to Compel Arbitration. Upon consideration of defendant's motion, plaintiff's opposition [7] thereto, defendant's reply [12] brief, the applicable law, and the entire record herein, the Court finds that the motion will be GRANTED.
