¶ 1 Patrick and Jane Maderia, husband and wife, appeal from the superior court's ruling declining to quash a writ of garnishment against a community property bank account. The court concluded that Rackmaster Systems, Inc., of Bloomington, Minnesota could garnish an Arizona bank account belonging to both Patrick and Jane to satisfy a Minnesota judgment Rackmaster had obtained solely against Patrick.
