¶ 1 Robert Todd Platt was tried in a bench trial, before the Honorable Jack D. McCurdy, II, and convicted of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, under 21 O.S.Supp.2005, § 1283, in Canadian County District Court, Case No. CF-2007-46. The Honorable Jack D.
