Defendant, Antonio Davenport, was charged with one count of armed robbery, a violation of La. R.S. 14:64. He pled not guilty, but a jury convicted Defendant as charged. The State filed a habitual offender bill against Defendant, and the trial court found him to be a second felony habitual offender.
