Appellant, Christopher Lewis Carter, was convicted by a jury sitting in the Circuit Court for Prince George's County (Shepherd, J., presiding) of possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession of cocaine, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of marijuana, and possession of a firearm with a nexus to drug trafficking.
