KIRSCH, Judge.

Diane Eichstadt appeals the dismissal of her case against Frisch's Restaurants, Inc. ("Frisch's") for injuries occurring when Eichstadt was struck by Darrell Campbell, the manager of the restaurant where Eichstadt worked, which was owned by Frisch's. She raises several issues, of which we find one dispositive: whether the trial court erred in dismissing her case pursuant to Indiana Trial Rule 12(B)(1), lack of subject matter jurisdiction...
