THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Plaintiffs Motion for Preliminary Injunctive Relief and Incorporated Memorandum of Law, filed on July 2, 2008 (D.E.3). Defendants filed their Response in Opposition on July 21, 2008 (D.E.14). Plaintiff filed its Reply in further support of its Motion on July 30, 2008 (D.E.16). As such, the Motion is now ripe for adjudication.
