Plaintiff, Miller Funeral Home, was in the process of renovating and adding to its facility in Monroe, Louisiana. Plaintiff contracted with defendant, Floors On Up, Inc., for the purchase of the Karndean Knight Planks and their installation. Claiming defendant did not deliver the flooring timely...
