The defendants, Larry James and Lisa Gray James, sought supervisory review of a trial court ruling denying their exceptions of no cause of action and prescription. We granted the writ application for consideration of the defendants' claims. For the following reasons, we reverse the trial court ruling which denied the defendants' exception of no cause of action.
