Plaintiff filed this action for recovery of pension benefits under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and breach of contract. (Complaint). Plaintiff seeks pension benefits from August 1982 through October 2007, a declaration that she is entitled to monthly benefits for the rest of her life, interest on all past benefits, attorney's fees, and costs. (Id.).
