Presently before the court is Defendant Myron Motley's Motion to Suppress Evidence (# 171). The Government filed an opposition to this motion (# 24) to which Defendant replied (#25). On February 17, 19, and 24, 2008, this court held an evidentiary hearing on Defendant's motion. Following this hearing Defendant and the Government filed post-hearing memoranda (# 32 & 33).
