Co., Ltd., Hiro Emoto, and Hado Publishing USA for intentional misrepresentation and violation of Wisconsin's Deceptive Trade Practices Act, Wis. Stat. § 100.18. Plaintiffs allege that defendants intentionally misled them into purchasing two "Magnetic Resonance Analyzer" machines...
