Stuart Kaufman brought this action against Costco Wholesale Corporation (Costco) in the Fourth Judicial District claiming damages for injuries allegedly resulting from a slip and fall in Costco's St. Louis Park, Minnesota, store. Kaufman claimed that Costco was negligent in its operation, maintenance, and inspection of its property and in its failure to warn Kaufman of a dangerous condition existing on its property...
