Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. appeals from a judgment entered against it in this premises liability case brought by Katoria Lee. Wal-Mart Stores contends that the trial court erred in imposing sanctions against it for evidence spoliation, in instructing the jury, and in admitting expert testimony and other evidence. Because no reversible error has been shown, we affirm.
