This is a wrongful death action brought by the estate of John Todd Per singer against defendants Extendicare Health Care Services, Inc. and Rocksprings Care, LLC. Subject matter jurisdiction is alleged under 28 U.S.C. § 1332. This matter is before the Court on defendants' August 31, 2007 motion to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
