Before the Court is Defendant Nugen I.T., Inc's ("NuGen") and Dayle Phillips's (Phillips) (collectively, "Defendants") Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(2) and Defendant Phillips's Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(c).
