This civil action for patent infringement was filed on March 20, 2007. On February 25, 2008, I granted defendants' motion for summary judgment on plaintiffs infringement claims filed by the Chrysler and Mercedes-Benz defendants after I found that defendants' products did not infringe plaintiff's United States Patent No. 6,141,658 (the '658 patent) and that certain claims of the '658 patent were invalid...
