This criminal matter is presently before the Court on defendant's pro se Motion to Withdraw From Plea Due to. Ineffective Assistance of Counsel [Doc. 70] and defendant's Motion to Withdraw Guilty Plea [Doc. 82]. The government has responded in opposition to each motion [Docs. 71 and 85, respectively].
