BROWN, Chief Judge:

This matter comes before the Court upon Plaintiffs' motion for default judgment (Docket Entry No. 28, "Plaintiffs' Motion") and defendant Minmetals Inc.'s ("Minmetals") motion to dismiss Plaintiffs' complaint (Docket Entry No. 27, "Defendant's Motion"). For the reasons stated below, Plaintiffs' Motion will be denied. Defendant's Motion will be granted insofar that Plaintiffs' complaint will be dismissed without prejudice, and...
