On the night of Saturday, February 4, 2006, Hezekiah Harvey was arrested and taken to the Roanoke City Jail. Three days later, Harvey was transported from the jail to Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital, where he went into cardiac arrest and died on February 9, 2006.
