Plaintiff Daniel B. Brewster, Jr., a beneficiary of the estate of former Senator Daniel B. Brewster ("the Senator"), has brought suit against defendant J. Michael Brennan, the successor trustee to the Senator's trust and executor of the Senator's will and estate. (See generally Compl.) The suit contains three counts. (Id. ¶¶ 45-72.)
