Plaintiff Leonardo Faye has filed two lawsuits against his former employer, defendant High's of Baltimore. Both suits were filed in the Circuit Court for Howard County and subsequently removed to this Court by the defendant. Now pending is the plaintiffs motion to remand the second-filed suit, Civil No. JFM 08-0004. For the reasons stated below, plaintiffs motion is granted, however I will sua sponte...
