This is a suit by Steven Moore against Center Court Sports & Fitness LLC, Sharon Levister, and Enrique Jones ("the Center Court defendants"). Before trial, the court granted a motion in limine filed by the Center Court defendants. At trial, the court granted their motion for directed verdict on Moore's claims.
