By Complaint filed February 4, 2008, Kip M. Kaler, the Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee in this case, initiated this adversary proceeding seeking a determination that Debtors/Defendants Dam Huynh and Trinh Duong are not entitled to a discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(2), (3), (4) and (5).
