Defendants George Siembida and Wayne Price were convicted at trial of conspiracy to commit wire fraud (Count I) and two substantive wire fraud counts (Counts II and III). Defendants now move for judgment of acquittal urging, among other things, that there was insufficient evidence to support a conviction on any count.
