Michael Ruggiero, D.O. (Defendant) entered into a lease with VGM Financial Services (Plaintiff); thereafter, Defendant became unable to fulfill his payment obligations under the lease. As a result, Defendant eventually became liable to Plaintiff in the amount of $230,000, which Defendant seeks to discharge under Chapter 7. Plaintiff contests the dischargeability of that debt...
