Pending before the Court is a Motion For New Trial On All Issues In Light Of In Re Seagate And Inseparability Of Willfulness, Infringement And Validity (D.I. 615) filed by Defendants, Fairchild Semiconductor International, Inc. and Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation (collectively, "Fairchild"). For the reasons discussed, the Court will grant Fairchild's Motion to the extent it seeks a new trial on willful infringement...
