On December 17, 2007, Rabbi Ariel Friedlander ("the Plaintiff") commenced this lawsuit against her former employer, the Port Jewish Center ("the Defendant" or "the Temple"), alleging that, in terminating her, the Defendant violated the terms of her contract and the covenant of good faith and fair dealing. The Defendant has moved to dismiss the Plaintiffs complaint under FED.R.CIV.P. 12(b)(1)...
