This case arises from Andreas Perry's diagnosis of lymphoblastic lymphoma in October of 2003. Andreas's parents, plaintiffs in this action, allege that his use of Elidel, a prescription drug manufactured by defendant Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation, caused his lymphoma. The parties have completed discovery limited to the issue of causation and Novartis has filed a motion to exclude the testimony of plaintiffs...
