THOMAS, Judge.

Steven Swafford appeals from a judgment determining that he does not have standing to seek a judicial declaration that Ruben Myers, deceased, was his biological father. We affirm.

On October 27, 2005, Ruben Myers executed a will leaving his entire estate to his sister, Nell Myers Norton, and naming his brother-in-law, Kenneth E. Norton, as the executor of his estate. Ruben died almost three weeks later, on November 15, 2005. On January 12, 2006...
