Julie Moore Walker and Scot Moore, individually and as co-representatives of the Estate of Christopher Scot Moore, Deceased ("Christopher") (collectively "the Moores") appeal the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Timothy LaFountaine, individually and d/b/a LaFountaine Logging ("LaFountaine").
