The Court has before it the plaintiffs' petition for an award of attorneys' fees and costs (No. 136). On June 27, 2007 this Court entered a Final Judgment in favor of the plaintiffs. That judgment was entered pursuant to the Court's Opinion and Order (No. 133), in which the Court denied the defendants' motions to vacate or remit the compensatory damages awards, but remitted the punitive damages...
