PER CURIAM.

Joseph R. Gabrielle appeals the Alaska Department of Public Safety's refusal to renew his permit to carry a concealed handgun as well as the department's decision to revoke his existing permit. The department concluded that Gabrielle was ineligible for a permit because he was convicted of a felony in 1983 and Alaska law forbids a felon to carry a concealed handgun.
