Plaintiff, Crystal Ribis, commenced this action under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 ("Title VII"), against her former, employer, Mike Barnard Chevrolet-Cadillac, Inc. ("Barnard"). Plaintiff alleges that during her employment, she was subjected to sexual harassment and a hostile work environment, and that she was constructively discharged on account of her sex.
